Shipping policy
We endeavor to dispatch your order within two working days. For Australia wide deliveries, you should receive your order within 2-9 working days however, some remote destinations may take a little longer. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Once purchased and dispatched Next Level Skin Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for freight delays or missing parcels. Please contact the courier service used for any issues after dispatch.
Tracking your order online
Upon dispatch of your order, a consignment note/ tracking number will be emailed to you for ease of reference. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the designated shipping companies’ website tracking facilities.
Australia wide shipping
We offer free trackable shipping within Australia. Within Australia, customers have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for a $15 fee postal fee.
International shipping
We offer worldwide standard shipping from $16 AUD, depending on the weight of your parcel and the distance it needs to travel to reach you. Delivery may take 1-6 weeks for International deliveries. We are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels if Shipping Protection is not purchased with your order. Please follow up with your local courier company if an issue occurs. Please check with your country's Customs Duty Tax regulations if import taxes are payable or charged on overseas orders into your country. These are payable by the customer directly to your country's customs department if required by them. Customs duties and import taxes are determined by the destination country's regulations and are unfortunately beyond our control.

Next Level Skin will not take responsibility for any misunderstandings by the customer while ordering, lost or stolen products, or parcels that are addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.
